WE INFORM YOU THAT THE TREATMENT TURNS ARE ON A WEEKLY BASIS;
therefore it’s possible to fix the time of the treatment for admission to the cures (12 sessions) requiring the booking through the Welcome Service. -
Admittance and the following physical examination will be made, preferably, on Saturdays morning and/or on Mondays morning.

Reception will remain open for admission also on Sunday: the 3rd of August– the 17th of August - the 31st of August– the 14th of September – the 28th of September.

| NUOVE TERME SPA: | Opening day on the 2nd of February 2009, closing day on the 31st of December 2009. Mud therapy can also be made in the afternoons preferably for treatments starting on the following dates: the 27th of April, the 25th of May, the 5th of October, the 9th of November. |
| REGINA SPA: | Opening day on the 13 of April 2009 - closing day on the 21st of Novembrer2009. All-day opening for pools and beauty services. |
CUSTOMERS WILL COME TO ADMITTANCE WITH:
- medical prescription (have a look to the section “Medical prescription”)
- Terme di Acqui smart card, if already owned.
WELCOME Service: with this service the private customers as well as the assisted ones with health insurance prescription of Terme di Acqui are able to fix and reserve the treatment hours for the mud therapy among those available on every Monday of the opening period.
The booking can be made by phone in adequate advance by dialing the number 0144 324390 (internal number 1), office hours 8.00/13.00 – 15.00/18.00 (from Tuesday to Saturday) .
On Saturdays and Mondays during the opening period reception operations and medical visits will be carried out from 7,00 to 11,30 a.m. For groups, admissions can also be arranged on Saturday afternoons.

In order to assure the most suitable and convenient service the Customers are kindly suggested:
1) to arrive on Saturday or on Monday - on this day, if they wish to make "mud therapy", they'd better come no later than 9.00 a.m.;
2) to book the hotel at least 20 days before the beginning of the turn. -
Customers making a second cycle of treatments during the calendar year - in different periods - can take advantage of a 25% discount on the ordinary rate (except for the beauty treatments) and of a free medical visit, which cannot be combined with other facilitations. Refunds are not allowed on prepaid treatments in case they have not been effected.

Doctors practising the profession can take advantage, during the calendar year, of a cycle of free thermal treatments.
